Co-founded Innovative in 1990, and grew company from the garage to ~$8.5M in sales until it was sold to ISI Packaging. During this time Dan was responsible for hardware, logic firmware and DSP engineering groups; operations and finance.

Founder of R.A. Bianchi & Associates – AICPA member, PCAOB member CPA firm serving over 1,800 clients throughout United States. Robert graduated from Advanced Taxation Curriculum, USC and Golden Gate University.
